Gymshark66 Weightlifting Course at Training Room
For the second year in a row, Yazmin Stevens hosted a Gymshark66 event in collaboration with Training Room. This year however, the event went on for 6 weeks as a weekly weightlifting class and ending with a max-out session to test every participant's improvements. Gymshark66 is all about creating new habits daily, that eventually become a part of your lifestyle, and so with this course the daily habits revolved around weightlifting technical cues that would eventually translate to long terms improvements in every athlete's lifting.
The final max-out session saw several new PRs and technical improvements. The course sessions were given by both Yazmin herself, and assisted by Training Room weightlifting coach Dimitrije Avramović, who was also present during the Max-out session.
