We offer a vast range of classes all week at Training Room. So whether you're looking for one specific class, or to mix different types of classes throughout the week, we can help you do it all under one roof.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASS
This class is our most frequent and most popular class at TR. FF is a high-intensity class that combines elements of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics. It is designed to improve overall physical fitness and performance through constantly varied functional movements.
WEIGHTLIFTING
Our Olympic Weightlifting classes concentrate on the techniques and skills needed for the snatch and clean and jerk, promoting strength, power, and precision in these dynamic lifts.​ They are also specifically programmed by TR Owner and WL Olympian, Yazmin Stevens.
MOBILITY
Our fastest booked class at the moment, the mobility classes aim to enhance flexibility, joint range of motion, and overall movement patterns.
ENGINE
The Engine class is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and stamina through a variety of aerobic exercises, helping you build a strong and resilient cardiovascular system.
FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING
This class focuses on building strength and muscle through functional movements, emphasizing proper form and targeted exercises to enhance overall body function.
GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics classes will follow different cycles at a time. From handstand progressions, to pull-ups & muslce-ups.
COMPETITORS
Competitor Saturday Class is a popular class with the local competitive athletes. The class requires an almost rx standard, and follows a longer 2/3 part workout.
